International Return & Revocation Policy

No Right of Revocation for International Orders

Please note that, as per our International Trade Policy, the right of revocation typically does not apply to international orders. This is a standard practice in international commerce, where the complexity and costs associated with cross-border shipping and returns often make it difficult to offer the same return and revocation rights as domestic transactions.
Once your order is shipped, it is considered final. However, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction and will address any concerns regarding damaged or defective goods, as outlined below.

Exceptions to the No Revocation Policy

While we cannot offer a standard revocation period for international customers, we do offer exceptions in cases where:

  • Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive goods that are damaged, defective, or significantly differ from what was ordered, we will offer a replacement or a full refund once the issue has been confirmed.

  • Wrong Product Delivered: If the wrong item is delivered due to an error on our part, we will arrange for the correct product to be sent to you and the incorrect item to be returned at no additional cost.

How to Report Issues with International Orders

If you encounter any issues with your international order, please follow these steps to resolve the matter efficiently:

1. Contact Us Immediately: Reach out to our customer service team as soon as possible via email at info@furniture-from-turkey.com. Be sure to include your order number, a detailed description of the issue, and any relevant photos of damaged or defective goods.

2. Resolution Process: Once we receive your complaint, our team will assess the issue and provide you with the next steps. If necessary, we will arrange for the return of the product, and upon confirmation of the issue, we will issue a replacement or refund.

3. Timely Notification: Please notify us of any issues within 7 days of receiving your shipment. Any claims made after this period may not be considered eligible for resolution.

Return Shipping Costs for Defective Items

In the case of defective, damaged, or incorrect items, we will cover the return shipping costs. We will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label or arrange a pickup service depending on your location.
For any other issues that do not fall under the above exceptions, the customer will bear the cost of return shipping.

Exchange Policy for International Orders

If you prefer an exchange rather than a refund, we can accommodate this request for certain products. Exchanges are subject to product availability, and additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment of the exchanged item.

Customs and Import Duties

Final Sales and Custom Orders
